Our Exchange\refund policy lasts 10 business days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund, return or exchange.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Our shipping policy is real simple. We put effort to get products out as soon as possible. We're a small boutique, we have the advantage of getting products out same day or next day. Pre-ordered items are sometimes custom made for you so at the max it will take 4 day before shipped out. We have a flat rate of six dollars for shipping (on one item) and the rate may go up as the economy goes up.Â
